1. Shipping Policy
We ship through US Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping charges start at $4.95 and increase with the value of your order. The order value is the subtotal of your order not including tax.
If we are out of stock on an item or color, you will be notified and have the option to cancel order for a full refund, or be on our back order list.
USPS First Class Shipping Charges: Arrives 4-6 Business Days
1.00 to $25.00 = $4.95
$25.01 to $50.00 = $5.95
$50.01 and up = $6.95
**$1.95 IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO CANADA-FIRST CLASS ORDERS.
**$3.95 IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS ORDERS.
USPS Priority Shipping Charges: Arrives 2-3 Business Days
1.00 to $25.00 = $6.95
$25.01 to $50.00 = $7.95
$50.01 and up = $8.95
APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship to APO/FPO destinations via United States Postal Service only. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.
We reserve the right to use other shipping methods depending on the location and certain specific situations.
Sales Tax Nevada residents only please add 8.1% sales tax
Payment Options We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Checks and money orders.

2. Damages & Return/Exchange Policy
All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you do not want to keep the item, if it is the wrong color or damages have occurred in shipping, returns or exchanges need to be returned within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. We will replace the item once we receive it.
To return or exchange merchandise:
- Pack the item to be returned, in the original packaging if possible.
- Please include a note as to if item(s) are being returned for a refund or an exchange for a different color.
- Ship your package pre-paid and insured via mail.

Please note: Only items purchased on www.judithaugustcosmetics.com may be accepted for a return or exchange.
We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.

3. Yes. Judith's products are cosmetic solutions only, yet they are designed to respect the issues of the varying skin conditions which you are covering. Always consult your doctor for medical questions and solutions.
